August Sermon Series – Practicing the Way

Everyone is following somebody or something.  We are all disciples.  The question is “Who or what am I a disciple of?”  Jesus calls us to “Come, follow me.”  He invites us into a way of living that transforms us and the world around us.  Too often as Christians, we make our faith about a set of beliefs or ideas, when in fact it is a way of life.  Throughout August, we are going to join together in discovering –for the first time, or once again—Jesus’ call to follow him.  The goal is to be with Jesus, to become like Jesus, and to do as he did.  Join us as we take a practical approach to being followers of Jesus.
