Join Us for a Back-to-School Celebration!
Kick off the new school year with your church family at Ozark UMC on Sunday, August 9!
We’ll begin with Worship at 10:30 a.m., including a special Blessing of the Backpacks for students, teachers, and school staff as we pray for a safe and successful school year.
Immediately following the service, we’ll transform the worship space into a fellowship hall for a church-wide meal.
The church will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and drinks. We invite everyone to bring a dessert to share.
Don’t miss our annual Ice Cream Competition! Dust off your favorite homemade ice cream recipe and compete for the coveted Golden Scoop Award.
There will be fun for everyone, including:
- An inflatable outside for the kids
- Bingo inside with prizes for all ages
Come enjoy delicious food, friendly competition, laughter, and great fellowship as we celebrate the beginning of a new school year. We can’t wait to see you there!
