As Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, our God is missional in nature. God is the Sender, the Sent, and the One who is continually Sending in and through the Holy Spirit. Made in God’s image, we believe we were created to be sent people. Mission at Ozark UMC is how we live out our God-given mandate to go out into the world speaking and living the Gospel message of Jesus’ love.

Mission Team Focus
The Mission Team has partnered with several local organizations to serve our community in meaningful ways:
- Hosting Bingo twice a month at Ozark Nursing & Care Facility, including providing prizes for the games.
- Providing compassion kits for police officers’ patrol cars and for our congregation to distribute to members of our underserved community. These kits are available in the main hallway next to the coffeehouse and offer an easy way to bless someone with a simple act of kindness when the opportunity arises.
- Supporting the Ozark Senior Center by providing items to meet senior citizens’ unmet needs.
- Providing blessing bags to the Chaplain at Christian County Sheriff to distribute to released inmates.
- Collecting socks, shoes and underwear for Ozark Schools and delivering the needed items.
- Collecting monthly focus items and cash for the Least of These Food Pantry.
