New Sermon Series, “Making Home Work,” starts August 19!
This “Back-To-School” season is a great reminder of the impact we can have on children of all ages. As parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, mentors, teachers, coaches, neighbors, volunteers (in other words, all of us) …we have a tremendous opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of the students around us. And that’s especially true when it comes to matters of faith!
Join Ozark UMC, August 19 – September 9, for Sunday morning worship at 8:30 and 11:00, and a new sermon series called “Making Home Work: Parenting.”
Parent or not, we’ll all be learning from the timeless wisdom of Proverbs and other Scriptures. We’ll discover practical ways to raise kids who are as deeply connected to God, as they are to our culture. We’ll find that it’s not just about keeping them in church, but it’s about balance and raising children in a way that instills a real God focus as their priority.
