Mission Team Updates
* The Missions Team’s focus has shifted from serving the homeless to supporting senior citizens at the Senior Center. There is a great need for household items such as blankets, towels, full-size bottles of shampoo and soap, as well as beanie hats and gloves.
The team reached out on Tuesday and received an overwhelming response for these much-needed items. If you have something that could be useful to a senior citizen, the team will be collecting donations to share with those at the Senior Center.
* You may have noticed the hallway shelves with snacks and travel-size items are no longer there. Instead, you’ll soon find to-go bags available for you to take and keep in your car. These bags are meant to be shared—an easy way to bless someone with a simple act of kindness when the opportunity arises.
