Join us on February 17 @ 7pm in-person and via livestream on Facebook and Youtube as we gather together at the start of the Lenten season on Ash Wednesday. Marking the beginning of the Lenten fast, Ash Wednesday is a reminder for us of our need for repentance and transformation in Christ Jesus. Marked by the ashes of repentance, we start Lent with a renewed focus on Jesus and on being intentional about faithfully living as Christ would have us live.
Though in a bit different way, you will have the opportunity to receive the ashes of repentance whether you worship in-person or online. In order to limit interpersonal contact, we will make ashes available for everyone to be able to impose their ashes individually, or as families. Ashes will be available at the church building for use during in-person worship. Those worshiping online can pick up their ashes starting next Tuesday, February 9.
